How work moves through the workshop
Assessment
The watch is inspected under proper lighting. We note condition, finish type, and any considerations before quoting.
Agreement
Scope and cost are confirmed with you before any work begins. For engraving, the exact text is confirmed in writing.
Work
The service is carried out with the appropriate tools and time. If something unexpected comes up, we contact you.
Check & Collect
The finished piece is checked — including pressure testing where relevant — before collection or handover.
01 — Surface Care
Case Polishing & Refinishing
Careful removal of light scratches with brushed or polished finishes matched to the original surface. Cosmetic care for owners who want a tidy look without altering the case shape.
The work is done in sections — brushed areas with appropriate abrasives, polished areas separately — so the result reflects the original design intent rather than a uniform treatment.

02 — Corporate
Corporate Gifting Preparation
Engraving coordination, presentation setup and pre-delivery checks for watches given as company gifts. A calm, behind-the-scenes service for HR and procurement teams.
Batch orders are managed with a single point of contact. Engraving text is agreed in writing before work begins. Packaging is arranged. The finished batch is handed over in presentation-ready condition, checked piece by piece.

03 — Routine Care
Quartz Care & Seal Check
Cell replacement, gasket inspection and a water-resistance pressure check for everyday quartz watches. A tidy routine service that keeps a daily watch dependable through the seasons.
The pressure test at the end of this service is instrument-based, not visual. The watch's water-resistance rating is confirmed before it leaves the workshop. Where gaskets are worn or compressed beyond use, they are replaced as part of the service.

Careful storage
Watches held in the workshop are kept in padded trays. Corporate batches are stored securely until the full order is ready.

We give a realistic completion range at drop-off and contact you if anything changes. No rushing to meet dates we cannot keep.
