The Balanza Story
Balanza opened on Si Chan Road in Khon Kaen with a straightforward idea: watches deserve careful handling, and the people who own them deserve honest information about what their piece needs.
The workshop started with surface care — case polishing and refinishing work that requires patience more than equipment. Over time, we built out a quartz servicing process that includes proper gasket inspection and pressure testing, and we added corporate gifting preparation as a quiet, organised service for HR and procurement contacts who needed a reliable partner for presentation-ready watches.
We are not a large operation. The bench is tidy, the work takes the time it takes, and we talk through every job with the customer before touching anything. That has been the approach since the beginning.
Khon Kaen has a practical, unhurried character that suits us well. We work Monday through Saturday and keep a manageable schedule so each piece gets proper attention.

Workshop Lead
Krit handles case polishing and surface refinishing work, bringing a methodical approach to every piece that arrives on the bench. He assesses each watch before any discussion of work takes place.
Nattaya Srisuk
Quartz Technician
Nattaya manages cell replacement, gasket inspection and water-resistance checks for quartz watches. She keeps a careful log of each service so nothing is left unconfirmed before collection.
Prem Thongsuk
Corporate Coordination
Prem coordinates corporate gifting orders — from engraving text confirmation through to packaging and final checks. He is the main contact for procurement and HR teams working on batch orders.

How We Work
Assessment Before Work
Every watch is assessed under proper lighting before any work is quoted. The customer is told what we see, and nothing proceeds without their agreement.
Pressure Testing
After any seal or gasket work, we run a calibrated pressure check to confirm the original water-resistance rating is maintained. Results are noted and shared with the customer.
Written Confirmation
For corporate orders, engraving text is confirmed in writing before anything is touched. No assumptions — the exact text is agreed, proofed, and signed off.
Privacy & Data
Customer information collected for service booking is used only for that purpose. We do not pass details to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Careful Handling
Watches are stored in padded trays when not on the bench. Corporate orders are held securely until the full batch is ready for handover or collection.
Honest Timelines
We give an estimated completion range at drop-off and contact customers if circumstances change. We do not rush work to meet a date we cannot keep.

Balanza is based at 302 Si Chan Road in the Nai Mueang district, close to the centre of Khon Kaen. The workshop is open Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00. Walk-ins are welcome during workshop hours; for corporate or batch orders, we suggest getting in touch ahead of time to arrange a drop-off window.
