Most case polishing work takes two to four working days depending on the extent of surface wear and the finish required. We give you an honest estimate when you drop the watch off.

Our approach is conservative. We work to match the original finish — brushed or polished — without rounding edges or removing more metal than necessary. If a watch has mixed surfaces, we treat each zone separately.

We replace the cell, inspect and replace the crown and case-back gaskets as needed, then run a pressure test to confirm the water-resistance rating is maintained. The watch leaves clean and checked.

We coordinate directly with the HR or procurement contact. Watches can be brought in as a batch, engraving text is confirmed in writing before any work begins, and packaging is arranged to suit the recipient count. We suggest getting in touch at least two weeks before your required date.

Our listed prices (฿3,500 for case polishing, ฿9,100 for corporate gifting preparation, ฿12,250 for quartz care and seal check) are starting points. More complex or extensive work may carry a small additional cost, which we discuss with you before proceeding.
